If you want to use your VA coverage, please call the office at 1-800-934-3937. If you schedule yourself without a referral you will be responsible for all charges.

For Lasik Evaluations the charge is $120.00 due at time of appointment. Soft contact lens wearers must be out of contact lenses for 2 weeks prior to appointment,  RGP lens wearers for 3 weeks. You will remain dilated for 12-24 hours after visit.

If you are experiencing flashes of light, a sudden onset of floaters or decrease in vision, or are in pain, please call the office at 1-800-934-3937.
